The Belastmile order management platform was implemented in Garay, integrating digitized orders and product and vehicle information.

The system minimizes travel distances, maximizes vehicle capacity utilization, and enhances service quality.

A requirements gathering process was conducted to model the information needed in the various documents.

The objectives of the tool are:

1.
Generate optimal delivery routes by minimizing distances and satisfying vehicle capacity.
2.
Digitize the order management process.
3.
Generate automatic tracking and picking documentation in the warehouse. 

Final Tool

The tool was implemented with the logistics planners, integrating the entire logistics process from order taking, tracking, automatic documentation and even picking in the warehouse.
