Development of an application for the digitization of the process of taking and managing orders for balanced feed by vendors.

A requirements gathering process was carried out to model the information correctly and replicate the process faithfully.

The objectives set were:

1.

Digitize the order-taking process for salespeople.

2.

Systematize and geolocate customer information.

3.

Simplify the tracking of data and orders, as well as their status.

Final Tool

The new application was implemented with all vendors, digitizing the entire process that was previously done manually.

An order management panel and its statuses were included for the logistics planner.
